libjs-cssom software package provides CSS parser written in pure JavaScript, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-cssom
libjs-cssom is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-cssom package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-cssom *
You will get with libjs-cssom package name, version, architecture and description in a table
